Once I have paid my course deposit what happens next?

  • You will receive an email confirmation from us that your course place has been booked. Your booking will be sent to the course provider and they will then be in touch with further information about your course including details about how to pay your remaining course fees.


I have a query about a course – how do I submit this?

  • Scroll to the very bottom of the course page that you interested in and you’ll see a field for you to ‘Ask a Question’


I have booked a course but can no longer attend – what do I do?

  • If you haven’t done so already contact your course provider straight away and they will be able to give you more information about their cancellation policy


I am a course provider – how do I add my course?

  • You can add your course/s if it s accredited with a UK Professional Association or approved by an awarding organisation such as VTCT, ITEC, etc. The first thing to do is Register your school/centre with us – you’ll see the Register Tab at the top of our website. Once you’ve registered you will be able to add courses.
