Course Description

A client comes to see you with a reoccurring problem. They have had the same soreness /ache several times before except this time it has not gone away. They want to race in the Great North Run later this year. How will you start to assess this client ? What questions would you ask them? what information can you acquire from them by watching them actively. What assessments / tests would you use to find out why they keep getting this problem and how best to treat and rehabilitate them. This two day course will show you how to logically assess this person, find the pain generators and the root of the problem. We cover functional assessments, treatment techniques, suggested rehabilitation exercises and approaches, and kinesiotaping. Taking you from the first appointment to full recovery and able to run again without a reoccurence. This two day course is highly practical

Quality Course. Very much enjoyed it. A great blend of theory and practical participation. Whether you are a personal trainer, massage therapist, Osteopath or physiotherapist. A course worthwhile to gain extra skills, to complement what you may or may not know. Lina Tabares Sports Massage Therapist London.
